Meditation means surrender, it is the act of surrendering, letting go the desire to have things under our control, including our thoughts, being able to perceive from there on how everything is where and how it should be.

Although many people think that meditating means controlling thoughts or focusing on a particular thought, meditation is the act of giving up any control, becoming just an observer of your own thoughts.

Our consciousness is like a sunny day and thoughts are the clouds that pass over us. The more we hold on to a thought, the longer we remain in its shadow, beside which if we just watch it go by, just as it came it goes, light, without disturbing us. We just watch his passing, we don't identify with him.

When we let thoughts pass without clinging to them, without identifying with them or even making any kind of judgment about them, just by watching them, we begin to enter into a meditative state.

How do we know if we are entering a meditative state? You will know, because little by little the space that we tried to fill between one thought and another will be filled by a deep peace.

Recommended for people who live in environments of high tension and stress, both in the professional area and in their personal life.
